With a 30-minute intro call about your company and where premium design fits. After that we send over a proposal based on the agreed scope, timeline, and price.

Every project is scoped individually. Once we've talked, you get a proposal with the scope, timeline, and price laid out, so you know exactly what you're getting before we start.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope. The timeline is agreed up front and written into the proposal.
How will we stay in the loop?
You get daily updates. We share progress, keep you in the loop, and ask for your feedback as we go, so changes happen along the way rather than at the end.
Do you also build what you design?
Yes. Alongside design we handle development, from marketing sites to product flows, so what ships matches what was designed.
